I absolutely LOVE Afterglow Cosmetics. The mineral foundation is flawless and looks so natural. Here's what I do: 1) Powder brush to dust on the translucent setting powder over my t-zone to control oil. 2) Apply the mineral foundation lightly with a kabuki brush. 3) A blending brush is used for under eye circles. 4) Dust on setting powder w/ powder brush. 5) Apply blush lightly w/ slanted blush brush. 6) Apply setting powder again. This application process applied once lasts me throughout the day, with one or two touch-ups. I will definitely repurchase! My daughter and I eat all organic and have been trying for a long time to find a natural makeup that covered well and didn't affect our skin. We have tried other minerals make-ups: they smelled, made our skin dry and our nose swollen, and didn't cover very well. Seems your glimmery eye shadows and powder eye liner are the only brand I'm not allergic to. I have severe allergies and over the years could not tolerate any eye shadows, especially ones that 'glimmer.' I found your product on the 'Environmental Working Group' website, 'Skin Deep.' I was skeptical if Afterglow would work for my and my dark circles under my eyes. Boy was I wrong! The very first day I used afterglow I was lecturing my son, age 11, about being nice to his younger sister. I noticed he was looking at my face... not at me, if you know what I mean. Then he said 'Mom you look pretty'. Now how can I rage on after that? I have to agree with my son. I do look pretty and am so glad I went out on a limb to try something new. I wanted to Thank You for producing such a great product. It is hard to find products that are safe for the environment and that won't harm me. The first time I tried the foundation I was a little skeptical because I could really see the powder but after a few practice rounds I figured out that only a little bit of foundation is needed.
